Description:

• Webflow is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer, Collaboration to enhance the technology experience for employees.
• This role is remote-first and based in Mexico, requiring full-time commitment.
• The position involves owning the Atlassian experience, specifically refining the use of Jira and Confluence.
• Responsibilities include administering collaboration tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
• The engineer will help define Webflow’s “Operating System” to ensure core technologies support productivity and collaboration.
• The role requires identifying gaps in processes and collaborating across functions to implement scalable solutions.
• The engineer will create and maintain technical documentation with a high degree of operational rigor.
• The position reports to the Senior Manager, ITX and is part of a team focused on preparing the company for growth and scale.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be strong self-starters with experience in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
• Administration of Atlassian applications is required, with experience managing 1,000+ users being a plus.
• The ideal candidate should enjoy building and refining tools that enhance team productivity.
• Curiosity about how systems work and a willingness to ask questions is essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable administering Atlassian tools and may consider themselves experts in this area.
