Description:

Architect and build backend systems using Java Spring Boot, focusing on scalability, performance, and security for high transactional platforms.
Serve as a solutions architect for backend applications, ensuring optimal use of AWS services, microservices patterns, and best practices.
Lead the deployment, management, and scaling of applications on AWS, utilizing EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, and other AWS services.
Oversee the design and management of databases (SQL and NoSQL), optimizing for performance and reliability.
Help build and lead a team of engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture as the company grows.
Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
Ensure adherence to code quality standards, conduct code reviews, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.

Requirements:

7+ years of hands-on experience in Java, with at least 5 years using Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Proven experience as a solutions architect, designing scalable, reliable backend systems with a focus on best practices and cloud-native principles.
Extensive experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, with hands-on experience in key services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation).
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, indexing, and optimization for high-traffic environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to diagnose and fix complex backend issues.
Fluent English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
