Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience is required.
Proficiency in core Java and familiarity with the Spring framework is necessary.
Candidates must be proficient in MySQL and familiar with at least one NoSQL database.
Proficiency in distributed system design is required, along with familiarity with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles.
The candidate should be capable of coping with stress and quickly learning new knowledge.
Good cross-team communication skills are essential for this position.
