Remote Senior Java Developer

Description:

• The Senior Java Developer will be part of the backend team responsible for developing a cross-platform food delivery application for an American client.
• The team manages Backend For Frontend services that power the homepage experience for Grubhub, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Key responsibilities include managing Backend For Frontend services, integrating DDUX and SDUI libraries, optimizing the homepage experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Technologies and tools used include Java, Python, Guice, Spring Boot, Docker, Cassandra, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Spinnaker, DataDog, and Splunk.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
• Experience with Guice, Spring Boot, Docker, and other relevant frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with DDUX and SDUI libraries.
• Knowledge of Cassandra database technology.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Spinnaker, DataDog, and Splunk.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
