Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of web development experience and a 4-year college degree.
Experience in web development using Java and/or Groovy, Scala, or Clojure is required.
Proficiency in full stack development using the Spring Framework is necessary.
Strong database skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies are essential.
Familiarity with cloud services such as GitHub, Heroku, AWS, or Azure is required.
Experience with DevOps and Continuous Delivery tools like Jenkins/TeamCity, Vagrant, Puppet, or Chef is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in consuming and creating REST and/or SOAP based APIs.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, ERB, SCSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is required.
Experience with build automation tools such as Gradle or Maven is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with automated testing using Cucumber, JUnit, Selenium, or similar tools.
Design skills with experience in object-oriented methodologies, design patterns, database design, and data modeling are required.
Understanding of DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA) and its capabilities is encouraged.
