Description:
The Senior Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that integrate digital channels like email, chat, SMS, and social media with the contact center’s voice solutions.
They will work towards creating seamless, connected customer journeys across multiple channels to enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities include participating in software design, implementation, and maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with team members, ensuring software quality, and maintaining technical documentation.
The role also involves taking operational responsibility for the team’s service performance and quality, including participating in an on-call rotation.
Requirements:
7+ years of professional experience in backend development using Java and the Spring framework.
Strong expertise in REST standards and API development.
3+ years of experience with GCP cloud data services, streaming technologies, building reports, and managing large data sets.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, messaging systems, and data pipelines.
Knowledge of web security best practices and the ability to implement security measures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
