Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Agile Technical Lead to join our innovative team at 3PILLAR GLOBAL.
• The role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Java 8+, JSON, core spring, spring boot, SQL, MongoDB, Oracle, Kafka, and protocols TCP UDP.
• Candidates should have experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles such as abstraction and encapsulation is essential.
• High-level design proficiency following UML, C4, or ArchiMate is required.
• The position involves creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
• The candidate should practice and take initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.
• A good understanding of SOLID principles and familiarity with OWASP is necessary.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
