Remote Senior Java Engineer at 3Pillar

Description:

Collaborate with industry leaders on transformative projects in various sectors such as urban living, media, and healthcare.

Develop efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high-quality client code.
Participate in planning, estimation, and requirements gathering for projects.

Mentor other engineers and decision-makers within the organization.
Drive project delivery within defined architecture from conceptualization to deployment.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies.
Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming principles and high-level design following UML / C4 / ArchiMate.
Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
Familiarity with SOLID principles and OWASP.
Proficiency in the English language.
Additional experience desired in Object-Relational Mappers, Architectural and Design Patterns, Unit Testing, Cloud environments, Containers using Docker/Kubernetes, and client-engagement specified technologies.
Previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar Content Management System (CMS) is a plus.
