Requirements:

• The working location is anywhere in Vietnam, and the position requires an average of 8 hours of work per day with flexibility and autonomy.
• The job nature is full-time, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
• Candidates must be fluent in English for communication with international teams.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Java with extensive experience in back-end and API development is required, along with familiarity with the Java ecosystem and commonly used frameworks and libraries.
• Candidates should have strong abilities in business modeling, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, programming skills, engineering capabilities, and clean coding practices is necessary.
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS S3, RDS, and related frameworks and components is required.
• Proficiency in common Git commands and workflows, particularly those related to GitHub pull requests, is essential.
• Prior experience with remote work is preferred.
• Candidates must be available to work during the US Eastern Time Zone (9 pm to 5 am Vietnam Time) or have at least a 5-hour overlap between 9 pm and 2 am Vietnam Time for effective collaboration.

Benefits:

• The hourly rate for this position ranges from approximately USD $13 to $25 per hour, depending on the individual’s skill level.
• The recruitment process includes a coding task to be submitted via a GitHub pull request, followed by a thorough code review and a remote video interview to discuss technical abilities and salary expectations.
• Payment will be made in USD, with a platform provided for converting USD into the local currency when withdrawing funds.
