Requirements:

• Candidates must be either Vietnamese citizens or hold a valid work visa for Vietnam, as applications from other countries will not be considered.
• The position requires an average of 8 hours of work per day, with flexibility and autonomy, while ensuring daily communication with the team.
• The job is full-time, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
• Fluent English is required for communication with international teams.
• A Macbook will be provided for work purposes.
• Candidates should possess strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities.
• Strong English proficiency is necessary for effective communication with team members and stakeholders, particularly with the US team.
• Proficiency in Java with extensive experience in back-end and API development is required, along with familiarity with the Java ecosystem and commonly used frameworks and libraries.
• Candidates should have strong abilities in business modeling, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, programming skills, engineering capabilities, and clean coding practices is essential.
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS S3, RDS, and related frameworks and components is required.
• Proficiency in common Git commands and workflows, especially those related to GitHub pull requests, is necessary.
• Prior experience with remote work is preferred.
• Candidates must be available to work during the US Eastern Time Zone (9 pm to 5 am Vietnam Time) or have at least a 5-hour overlap between 9 pm and 2 am Vietnam Time for effective collaboration.
