Requirements:

• Candidates must have a university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., computer science, engineering, sciences) or a comparable qualification.
• Strong analytical thinking skills are required, both in technical and product domains.
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards various audiences, including engineering and product stakeholders, are essential.
• Experience in the tech stack, including Java/Kotlin, Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, and Terraform, is necessary.
• Familiarity with modern software development processes, such as agile methodologies, continuous integration and deployment, and test automation, is required.
• Candidates should have experience in designing and implementing loosely-coupled, scalable architectures.
• A profound understanding of RESTful API design is essential.
• A passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code is expected.
• Previous experience with GDPR compliance and security topics is a significant advantage.
• A background in financial services is considered a strong plus.
