Remote Senior JavaScript Full Stack Developer (with .NET experience)

Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (React/ .NET) to join our dynamic team.
• Our client is a UK-based sports betting company that offers a range of sports betting products, including spread betting, fixed odds betting, and in-play betting on various sports such as football, cricket, tennis, and horse racing.
• In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and .NET 8.
• You will build and optimize SQL Server-based databases to ensure high performance and reliability.
• You will work with Umbraco for content management and web development.
• You will containerize applications using Docker and deploy them on Azure cloud infrastructure.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business goals.
• You will leverage version control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions for streamlined development workflows.
• You will follow Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to ensure iterative and incremental delivery of value to stakeholders.
• You will ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and adherence to technical standards.

Requirements:

• You must have advanced experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js for front-end and server-side development.
• You should have experience with .NET (preferably .NET 8) for back-end development.
• You need expertise in working with SQL Server for database design and management.
• Knowledge of Umbraco CMS for web content management is required.
• You should have experience with Docker for containerized application deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services is necessary.
• You must have version control experience with GitHub.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as TeamCity and GitHub Actions is required.
• A solid understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks, with the ability to work in iterative cycles effectively, is essential.
