Description:

The Senior Kernel Developer will work on the KernelCare team, focusing on developing Linux Kernels and patches with a cybersecurity emphasis.
Responsibilities include supporting existing functionality, implementing new features, updating kernels with security fixes and CVE patches, and developing Python and Bash scripts for task automation.
This role does not involve embedded Kernel development.

Requirements:

Excellent C programming and debugging skills are required.
Good knowledge of Linux kernel core subsystems, CPU and cache architectures, GDB, CPU performance and power analysis.
Proficiency in Git for development and patch/branch management.
Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, time management, decision-making, and organization skills.
Effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Experience with Python, Shell scripting, and Jenkins.
Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
