Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Laravel Developer to join an international project for a high-profile client.
This is a contract position for an initial duration of 6 to 12 months, with a possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
You will be working remotely with a distributed team across different regions.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Laravel.
You will collaborate with cross-functional international teams including frontend developers, QA engineers, and PO.
The role involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
You will integrate APIs and third-party services.
Participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and regular retrospectives in an Agile environment is expected.
You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed is also part of the role.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP.
Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration is required.
Strong experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, database architecture, and query optimization is necessary.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (Vue.js, React, or similar) is a plus.
A solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices is essential.
Experience working in remote and distributed teams is required.
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken) are necessary.
Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
