Remote Senior Laravel Developer

• The company is looking for a senior Laravel and Vue.js developer to help architect and develop secure, scalable, and maintainable web applications and APIs.

Requirements:

• You must have a proven 5+ years’ experience as a senior web developer, particularly with PHP and Laravel.
• You should be able to develop front-end code in popular frameworks or libraries such as Tailwind and Vue.js, with advanced proficiency in Vue.js and/or React being a plus.
• Experience with enterprise systems in a corporate environment is a solid plus.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving aptitude are required.
• You must have intermediate English or better (written and spoken).
• You should have a strong interest in teaching and sharing your expertise with others.
• You need to take initiative, own your work, and ensure that tasks are completed properly.
• A willingness to abide by strict security measures, such as ensuring your code is not vulnerable to the “OWASP Top 10,” is essential.
• You should be able to estimate your work during the research and planning phases of a project.
• An advanced understanding of PHP 8+ and PHP development standards, including the use of reflection, traits, interfaces, and dependency injection, is required.
• You must have advanced Laravel development skills and ideally an in-depth understanding of the Laravel codebase.
• An advanced understanding of systems integration concepts, with experience developing and/or maintaining REST and/or GraphQL APIs, is necessary.
• Familiarity with devops concepts, including continuous integration and various ways to scale a Laravel application, is expected, although you will not be required to perform devops tasks.
