BnBerry is seeking a seasoned Senior Laravel Developer to join their dynamic engineering team in Lisbon, Portugal.
The role is crucial to the company's mission of revolutionizing the Hospitality industry through innovative tools and products.
The company specializes in the Travel Tech sector, providing solutions that help hotels access new sales channels, enhance guest engagement, and streamline content management.
BnBerry's client base includes major international hotel chains, resorts, and independent hotels across the US, with plans for expansion into Latin America, Canada, and Europe in 2022.
The developer will lead the design and development of new features and enhancements to meet complex customer demands.
Responsibilities include improving the customized platform, reducing technical debt, ensuring documentation is in English, engaging in team communications, and participating in Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Senior Developer.
Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes, including SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles, is required.
Proficiency in the technology stack, which includes PHP 8, Laravel, UNIT TESTS, MYSQL, GIT, REDIS, RABBITMQ, DOCKER, and REST API, is essential.
Experience in developing and optimizing project development processes is necessary.
Candidates should have experience conducting code reviews and coordinating meetings with the project team.
Upholding high coding standards and ensuring adherence to chosen architectural solutions is expected.
Experience with high-load projects and optimizing complex queries is required.
Excellent communication, reporting skills, and self-organization abilities are essential.
