Remote Senior Legal Analyst (Remote)

Description:

• The Senior Legal Analyst position at Axur involves providing legal counsel and drafting opinions on various matters.
• Responsibilities include overseeing contract drafting, review, and creating contract management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active Bar membership (OAB) are indispensable requirements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an in-house counsel is necessary.
• Experience with technology contracts, LegalOps, Privacy and Data Protection, and overall legal department operations is required.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, as well as proficiency in English or Spanish, is essential.
• Relevant certifications are considered as additional qualifications.
