Qohash is a cybersecurity provider focused on modernizing practices for detecting and protecting enterprise-sensitive information through its Qostodian platform.
The Senior Machine Learning (AI) Developer will package LLM models, incorporating Generative AI, deploy them to production environments, and monitor their usage and performance.
This role involves collaborating with engineers and product managers to integrate Generative AI features into existing systems and experimenting with different techniques to optimize delivery and performance.
Responsibilities include evaluating and validating the effectiveness of Generative AI models, managing ML infrastructure in the cloud, and ensuring CI/CD best practices are followed.
The developer will diagnose and resolve ML workflow and production issues, design and maintain machine learning algorithms, create scalable feature pipelines, and write production-level code to convert ML models into working pipelines.
The role requires participation in projects from initial idea to launch and contributing to the continuous improvement of development activities.
Collaboration with the security team to integrate security best practices into software development processes is essential, as is staying updated with developments in the machine learning industry.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with ML model techniques, including LLMs, Deep Learning, traditional ML, and predictive modeling.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python programming is required.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in building, validating, deploying, and monitoring production models.
Strong skills in using generative AI to enhance feature delivery and a solid understanding of Generative AI techniques and models are essential.
Experience with ML frameworks such as Tensorflow and PyTorch, as well as infrastructure and tooling for MLOps, is necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Quebec or Ontario, and those with extensive experience in AI frameworks and libraries, pySpark, SQL, SageMaker, and experience in a startup environment.
Bilingual candidates (English/French) are considered a plus.
