Description:

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will join the Data and ML Engineering team to help build a data-driven culture and enhance user support.
Responsibilities include architecting and implementing ML infrastructure, developing production-grade ML pipelines, designing robust data ETL processes, and maintaining high-performance systems for real-time and batch decision-making.
The role requires hands-on experience in productionizing ML models and optimizing data pipelines to deliver large-scale ML solutions that have a measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include building ML infrastructure, developing ML pipelines, architecting data platforms, feature engineering, monitoring and maintaining models, participating in data strategy, and collaborating with data engineering and data science teams.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in data engineering-focused roles is necessary.
A deep understanding of database systems, ETL architecture, and data warehousing concepts is essential.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is required.
Proven experience in building and optimizing large-scale data infrastructure using AWS cloud services, including tools like Terraform, CDK, and CloudFormation is needed.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with NoSQL databases, along with expertise in big data technologies like Redshift and Databricks, are required.
Experience with Docker containerization and knowledge of orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to design scalable and efficient systems are essential.
A track record of successful collaboration with data science teams and stakeholders is required.
