Netguru is seeking a Senior/Regular Machine Learning Engineer to help entrepreneurs and innovators shape the world through beautiful software.
The role involves designing and implementing advanced machine learning models, focusing on LLMs and NLP for complex problem-solving.
Responsibilities include rapid prototyping of solutions, staying updated on AI/ML trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with clients, and ensuring model accuracy through rigorous testing.
The position offers the flexibility to work from home as a full-time employee.
The salary for regular positions ranges from PLN 12,000 to 19,200/month before tax for long-term contracts and PLN 10,000 to 16,000/month gross for contracts of employment.
The salary for senior positions ranges from PLN 18,000 to 28,200/month before tax for long-term contracts and PLN 15,000 to 23,500/month gross for contracts of employment.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is required.
Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly LLMs and NLP, is necessary.
Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools (like Streamlit) or simple service development (BE with FastAPI or Flask) is required.
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, are essential.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML services is required.
Client-facing experience in requirements gathering and solution presentation is necessary.
Basic front-end development experience (e.g., React) for simple UI creation is a nice to have.
Experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) or model deployment/MLOps is a plus.
Familiarity with specialized AI domains (e.g., computer vision, speech recognition) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is also a plus.
