Remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

• We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 2-4 years of industry experience to join our growing team.
• In this role, you will develop and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundational models, to solve business challenges.
• This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to build scalable AI solutions.
• Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve real-world problems, collaborating with product teams to align solutions with business goals, and partnering with engineering teams to integrate models into production pipelines.
• You will also build and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies, fine-tune and optimize PyTorch-based models, and perform experiments to validate new approaches.
• Additionally, you will use cloud platforms like AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake to manage resources and keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant experience is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, foundational models, and associated libraries such as Hugging Face is necessary.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with SQL are required; Apache Spark experience is preferred.
• Expertise in PyTorch and familiarity with other frameworks for building and deploying machine learning models is essential.
• Experience working with cloud computing environments, such as AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake, is required.
• Knowledge of ML deployment best practices and versioning tools is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of new technologies are essential.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
• Optional: Experience or familiarity with the advertising industry or related technologies is a plus.
