Requirements:

Candidates must have an MSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or Computer Science, along with experience in implementing and benchmarking machine learning algorithms for real-world data.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on industrial or academic experience in machine learning projects in areas such as deep learning, core ML, computer vision, or natural language processing is required.
Proven hands-on research experience in machine learning, supported by publications in esteemed journals or conferences, is essential.
Familiarity with development processes using Linux, versioning, CI/CD, and Docker is necessary.
Proficiency in Python and experience in developing, testing, and maintaining production-grade machine learning applications using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch are required.
Experience with large-scale cluster computing for machine learning modeling is a plus.
Candidates should possess the ability to build strong relationships in a challenging international environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly and concisely.
Experience in team or project leadership is a nice-to-have.
