Description:

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will join the Data and ML Engineering team to build a data-driven culture and enhance user support.
Responsibilities include architecting and implementing ML infrastructure, developing production-grade ML pipelines, designing robust data ETL processes, and maintaining high-performance systems for real-time and batch decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in productionizing ML models and optimizing data pipelines, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale ML solutions that drive business impact.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in data engineering-focused roles.
A deep understanding of database systems, ETL architecture, and data warehousing concepts is essential.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is required.
Proven experience in building and optimizing large-scale data infrastructure using AWS cloud services, with tools like Terraform, CDK, and CloudFormation.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with NoSQL databases, along with expertise in big data technologies like Redshift and Databricks, are necessary.
Experience with Docker containerization and knowledge of orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to design scalable and efficient systems, are essential.
A track record of successful collaboration with data science teams and stakeholders is required.
