The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will define the technological trajectory and drive growth for the company.
This role involves collaborating with customers to develop AI and machine learning solutions that address operational inefficiencies.
Responsibilities include developing and integrating AI models using Python, AWS, Docker, Postgres, and Ruby on Rails.
The engineer will collaborate with product management and operations to identify and prioritize machine learning opportunities.
The position requires designing, testing, and deploying scalable machine learning architectures for rapid iteration and secure deployment.
The engineer will guide the creation of heuristic and complex machine learning models while mentoring junior data scientists.
Continuous code deployment from day one is expected, along with clear communication of technical ideas.
Engagement with cross-functional teams is essential as the product and engineering teams expand.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as a data scientist with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality product delivery.
Experience in running end-to-end experiments, including dataset setup, developing controls, conducting hypothesis tests, and evaluating outcomes is required.
Expertise in Python and libraries such as Pandas, LangChain, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch is necessary.
A strong software engineering foundation with a commitment to high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to stay updated with state-of-the-art techniques through continuous research and application.
Strong prioritization of customer requirements and adaptability to evolving project scopes are required.
A passion for creating intuitive technology solutions and a continuous desire to learn and take on new challenges is important.
