Description:
Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to enhance their machine learning platform powered by AI and LLMs.
The role involves working with data scientists and engineers to create a central LLM gateway for product teams to utilize Generative AI.
Responsibilities include providing governance, centralized logging, auditing, monitoring AI models, and ensuring safe AI usage.
The MLP team is focused on developing features such as in-context summarization, large volume text summarization, bias detection, and sensitive comments detection.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:
Candidates must have expertise in Python software engineering.
Familiarity with various stages of the ML lifecycle and MLOps, including data labeling, model fine-tuning, evaluation, CI/CD, deployment, versioning, and monitoring is required.
Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace is necessary.
A solid understanding of transformer architectures and LLMs is expected.
Candidates should have experience working with AI, machine learning, LLMs, and NLP.
Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure, such as AWS and GCP, is also required.
A passion for machine learning, AI, and responsible AI usage is essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are necessary.
