Description:

  • Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to enhance their machine learning platform powered by AI and LLMs.
  • The role involves working with data scientists and engineers to create a central LLM gateway for product teams to utilize Generative AI.
  • Responsibilities include providing governance, centralized logging, auditing, monitoring AI models, and ensuring safe AI usage.
  • The MLP team is focused on developing features such as in-context summarization, large volume text summarization, bias detection, and sensitive comments detection.
  • The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • The role includes participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contributing to best practices in ML engineering.
  • Staying updated with advancements in machine learning and AI technologies is essential.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have expertise in Python software engineering.
  • Familiarity with various stages of the ML lifecycle and MLOps, including data labeling, model fine-tuning, evaluation, CI/CD, deployment, versioning, and monitoring is required.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of transformer architectures and LLMs is expected.
  • Candidates should have experience working with AI, machine learning, LLMs, and NLP.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure, such as AWS and GCP, is also required.
  • A passion for machine learning, AI, and responsible AI usage is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are necessary.
