The role of Senior Machine Learning Engineer focuses on scaling machine learning systems and building innovative applications using Generative AI.
The position involves developing user-facing projects, such as AI-powered quizzes, that leverage advanced machine learning techniques.
Responsibilities include building, deploying, and scaling machine learning models and applications, particularly in Generative AI.
The engineer will develop end-to-end applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other NLP techniques.
The role requires working with technologies such as Python, Databricks, Langchain, PySpark, Airflow, Jenkins, and AWS.
Collaboration with analytics and data teams, as well as business stakeholders, is essential to align on requirements and objectives.
The engineer will contribute both independently and as part of a team, providing regular updates to stakeholders and delivering robust AI solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python.
Experience with frameworks and tools relevant to large-scale machine learning, including Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow, is required.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain, and the development of AI applications is necessary.
Proficiency in AWS and experience deploying applications on cloud platforms is essential.
A solid understanding of database schema design and querying is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is mandatory.
It is preferred that candidates have experience building end-to-end applications with LLMs and user-facing projects.
Knowledge of NLP techniques and experience with Generative AI is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with minimal guidance in a fully remote environment are desirable.
