webAI is a software company focused on building a decentralized AI development platform that enables powerful AI development using limited data.
The company is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
This role involves developing and deploying state-of-the-art NLP models for webAI’s platform.
The candidate will collaborate with research and engineering teams to design, build, and optimize models for both structured and unstructured language data.
Key responsibilities include designing and fine-tuning LLMs and NLP models, extending existing frameworks, preprocessing text datasets, implementing MLOps best practices, and integrating models into the platform.
The ideal candidate should stay updated on LLM advancements and apply the latest research to enhance model performance.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, specifically in NLP and LLMs, is required.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree preferred, in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
The candidate must have expertise in transformer architectures such as GPT and BERT, as well as text preprocessing and feature engineering.
Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries like Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is essential.
Experience with MLOps tools such as MLFlow and Kubeflow is required.
Strong communication skills and a passion for learning are necessary for this position.
