Description:

Rasa is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their Engineering team.
The role involves building and evolving Rasa’s core Conversational AI engine, utilizing LLMs.
The engineer will lead architecture decisions and algorithm implementations while collaborating with team members and other departments.
The position focuses on developing Rasa Pro, a Conversational AI infrastructure product for Enterprise developers to create, deploy, and maintain complex AI assistants.
This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates in the UK, Germany, or Serbia only.
Rasa can assist with work authorization (visa sponsorship) for candidates located in Germany.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in designing and building complex machine learning systems for natural language processing applications.
The ability to teach and communicate technical material effectively is required.
Advanced knowledge in Python or another programming language, along with experience with LLMs, is essential.
Candidates should be able to anticipate technological challenges and possess a solid understanding of the mathematics behind machine learning.
A learning mindset and the ability to deliver work under evolving requirements are important.
