The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will join the R&D Team and will be responsible for embedding AI-driven solutions into various facets of the business.
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models to enhance operations, customer experience, and product innovation.
The engineer will work closely with teams such as operations, marketing, and product development to identify and prioritize AI integration opportunities.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining scalable AI systems using Python and relevant frameworks, staying informed about AI/ML trends, troubleshooting and optimizing AI models, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques is required.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL is necessary.
The ability to identify complex problems, analyze options, and implement effective solutions in a dynamic environment is essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Candidates should be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the evolving field of AI/ML.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work is important.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Python in production environments and at least 5 years of experience in the AI/ML domain is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field is necessary.
