The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will transform vast datasets into actionable insights and drive the evolution of AI capabilities.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing machine learning models, optimizing algorithms, and deploying scalable solutions.
The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments is required.
Proficiency in Python and common machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost is essential.
A strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, probability, and optimization is necessary.
A deep understanding of various machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, NLP, and deep learning, is required.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is needed.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is important.
A solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with unstructured data, exposure to MLOps tools, and a background in building recommender systems or generative AI applications.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $200,000 plus equity (1% - 2%) and bonuses once it transitions to a full-time role.
