Description:
- The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing a vision to improve the Ads Marketplace on Reddit.
- They will work on Ad Relevance initiatives to transform Reddit into an advertising platform that serves highly relevant ads to users.
- Responsibilities include building industrial-level models for ML tasks, researching and implementing new model architectures, improving ads ranking and auction efficiency, leading technical roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Must have a track record of driving KPI wins through model architecture and feature engineering.
- Requires 3+ years of industry-level product development experience.
- Should have 4+ years of end-to-end experience in training, evaluating, testing, and deploying ML models.
- Must have 4+ years of experience orchestrating data generation pipelines on large-scale datasets.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, Golang, C++, or similar is necessary.
- Experience in the Ads (Marketplace) domain and Ads Relevance is a plus.
- Desire to mentor other engineers and strengthen the team.
