Description:
- The Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the Ads ML Platform team at Reddit will be responsible for designing and implementing ML infrastructure solutions for ads modelling teams.
- Projects will involve building and maintaining large-scale online inference and feature serving, ads feature engineering platform, and the model training platform.
- The role will focus on owning and building platform components to enhance modelling velocity and infrastructure efficiency, empowering the Ads organization to achieve revenue and advertiser-facing goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of infrastructure, particularly with scaling and optimizations.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ML operations at scale, including inference, training, feature serving, and feature engineering infrastructure, ideally using well-known frameworks.
- Experience in building and scaling infrastructure for ads, recommendation, search, or other distributed systems.
- Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Go, Java, Scala, C++, Python.
- Deep expertise in backend engineering, distributed systems, databases, etc.
