As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop and deploy machine learning models that enhance audience segmentation, insights generation, and campaign measurement.
Responsibilities include designing scalable ML pipelines, experimenting with advanced algorithms, and collaborating with data engineers for seamless integration with real-time data pipelines.
You will optimize ML models for scalability and performance, monitor deployed models, and implement retraining pipelines to maintain accuracy.

Requirements:

You must have 4+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is required.
Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML pipelines in production environments is essential.
Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and experience working with large datasets is necessary.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is expected.
A strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, including predictive modeling and clustering algorithms, is required.
Experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML pipelines and model monitoring, is essential.
