Description:

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for generative AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), voice assistants, and agents.
This role involves fine-tuning pre-trained models such as GPT and BERT for specific use cases and integrating them into scalable applications.
The engineer will collaborate with data engineers to design efficient data pipelines and preprocessing workflows.
Researching and implementing innovative techniques to improve model performance, interpretability, and scalability is a key responsibility.
The engineer will analyze model outputs to identify and resolve biases or performance issues.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
A strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI is required.
