Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Python and related machine learning libraries is necessary.
Knowledge of backend systems, including API development, database optimization, and management of high-concurrency environments, is required.
Experience in advertising systems, including familiarity with bidding, auction algorithms, and optimizing ad performance metrics, is essential.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and distributed computing technologies is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate quickly are necessary, along with a willingness to experiment with innovative solutions.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment is required.
