Remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

• As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Employment Hero, you will play a crucial role in advancing the company's AI efforts by leveraging your expert-level understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and staying up to date with the latest developments in the field.
• Your responsibilities will include designing and building working prototypes for machine learning and AI applications, architecting and implementing scalable AI systems and pipelines, and creating an evaluation framework to track system performance.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, develop business cases, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other ML engineers.
• The role will involve working on Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models, and utilizing programming languages and frameworks aligned with machine learning such as Python, OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector DB, RAG, HuggingFace, NLP, Recommender System, and Chatbot.
• You should be at the forefront of AI research, continuously exploring new methodologies and tools to enhance AI capabilities, and have experience using Agile methodologies and working with Product teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning with a focus on applied AI and large language models.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages, techniques, tools, and frameworks related to machine learning, including Python, LLM, OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector DB, RAG, HuggingFace, NLP, Recommender System, and Chatbot.
• Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models.
• Ability to stay updated with AI research, explore new methodologies, tools, and techniques, and enhance AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, quality coding practices, and working with Product teams.
• Passion for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with peers.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
