The Senior Machine Learning Engineer, NLU & Agentic AI will design, build, and optimize machine learning models for an AI-driven talent marketplace.
The role focuses on natural language understanding (NLU) and agent-based AI systems to create smart, responsive, and human-centric tools.

Requirements:

The candidate must design and deploy scalable NLU models and conversational AI systems.
They should develop agentic AI solutions for decision-making workflows.
The role requires optimizing ML models for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
Collaboration with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions is essential.
Staying updated on AI trends and incorporating best practices is necessary.
Proficiency in building and deploying NLU and agentic AI systems is required.
Expertise in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HuggingFace is needed.
The candidate must have the ability to develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for production.
A strong understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques is essential.
Experience with deploying AI models in production environments using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is required.
Demonstrated success in solving real-world AI/ML challenges with measurable outcomes is necessary.
