Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• You must have 5 years of experience in ML development, with a proven track record in scaling production systems.
• A deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs) is essential.
• Extensive expertise in Python and machine learning libraries and frameworks is required.
• You should have experience with acquiring and validating human-labeled data effectively.
• Experience with building machine learning pipelines for labeling, sampling, training, evaluation, serving, and monitoring is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are required.
• Strong communication (especially writing) and team collaboration skills are essential.
