Description:

• The role involves leading the development and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning models.
• Responsibilities include training and optimizing deep learning and computer vision models for tasks such as object detection, segmentation, and classification.
• The engineer will deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and robustness on both cloud and edge devices.
• Collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams is essential to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
• The position requires maintaining and improving ML pipelines to ensure automation and reproducibility of experiments.
• The engineer will develop custom algorithms to aggregate and derive insights from inference data.
• Defining and observing online and offline metrics to ensure high accuracy of the models and systems is also part of the job.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models using Python.
• The ability to communicate comfortably with native and non-native English speakers in an international team is required.
• A passion for creating clean, maintainable, and structured code for machine learning models is essential.
• Experience with implementing and deploying machine learning algorithms, either from scratch or using libraries/frameworks, is necessary.
• Familiarity with model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation is required.
• Experience with real-time computer vision, edge AI, or hardware acceleration is considered a plus.
• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
