Description:

The company is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to enhance their product portfolio with advanced AI/ML solutions.
This role involves working with cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Few-Shot Learning, and Prompt Engineering.
Key responsibilities include building end-to-end product features like predictive analytics and automated risk assessments, collaborating with engineers and product managers, and writing maintainable code.
The candidate will also be expected to stay updated on AI/ML advancements and participate in an Agile software development life cycle.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
The candidate should have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
Proficiency in classical machine learning methods and familiarity with newer techniques like LLMs is necessary.
Excellent programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages are required.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are important.
The candidate should be analytically minded with a focus on metrics and evaluation, and have a motivation to continuously learn.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Node.JS, SaaS web applications, and a basic understanding of distributed systems.
