The role involves developing LLM-based agents specialized in searching and browsing the web to extract detailed information about Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities include crafting an end-to-end human-in-the-loop pipeline to sift through unstructured medical documents and performing semantic searches and reasoning to provide precise answers to queries.
The position requires leveraging AWS infrastructure to build, scale, and optimize agents and pipelines for information extraction and question-answering.
The role emphasizes building highly scalable, efficient systems while collaborating with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
The candidate will take ownership of the deployment process, ensuring models are integrated into production environments with minimal latency and high performance.
The position is remote, but candidates must reside in the UK, Spain, or Portugal and hold legal work authorization.

Requirements:

Candidates must have an agile mindset.
Professional experience in ML operationalization, including CI/CD pipelines and workflow/model management, using stacks such as Airflow and MLflow is required.
Experience with distributed computing platforms (Ray and Spark) and Kubernetes for inference is necessary.
A solid understanding and experience in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX) is essential.
Hands-on experience in in-house training and inference of LLMs is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in relevant roles is necessary.
At least 2 years of experience in cloud development, ideally in AWS, is required.
Strong analytical skills and data curiosity are essential.
Candidates must possess strong collaboration skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in start-up environments is preferred.
Candidates should demonstrate social competence and be team players.
