The company is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to join their team in Belfast, focusing on maturing and scaling machine learning infrastructure and processes.
The role involves ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of ML models in production.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable ML pipelines, managing AWS cloud infrastructure, developing CI/CD pipelines, and building monitoring systems.
The engineer will collaborate with data scientists and engineers, provide mentorship, optimize ML model performance, and ensure security and compliance of applications.
The Data Science Team's mission is to understand customer needs and maintain DailyPay’s leadership in the early wage access industry.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in machine learning operations, data engineering, or related roles.
Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS) and cloud infrastructure management is essential.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch are required.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) is necessary for designing efficient pipelines.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is important.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana is needed.
Data engineering skills, including knowledge of event streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka) and SQL database management, are required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment are essential.
