The Senior Machine Learning Researcher role is primarily centered on building machine learning models, not engineering or data engineering.
The base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 per year, paid bi-monthly.
Candidates must have experience in the performance marketing or lead generation industries, specifically in designing, implementing, optimizing, and testing end-to-end Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) and recommendation systems.
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a data science position is required.
The role involves developing deep personalization models and complex optimization algorithms to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue.
The researcher will play a key role in the growth of the data science team and will be involved in integrating machine learning solutions across the company's products.
Responsibilities include strategically planning machine learning initiatives, collaborating with various teams, and providing data science support throughout project stages.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 4 years of related work experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Marketing or Advertising industry is required.
A solid background in Machine Learning and Statistics is essential.
Professional experience in designing and implementing Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) solutions and recommendation systems is necessary.
Proficiency in SQL and Python, along with experience using data science tools such as git, Kubernetes, and Docker, is required.
Candidates should be able to structure and clarify ambiguity for the team and coordinate implementation across multiple teams.
Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and the ML model development lifecycle is needed.
Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably Looker, is required.
Experience in managing a team of data scientists and machine learning researchers is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
