Qloo is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to join their remote team, reporting to the Director of AI.
The role involves developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models and data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a Machine Learning or ML Engineering role, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
A degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree highly preferred.
Proficiency in Python and PySpark is necessary, along with experience in SQL or similar querying languages.
A solid foundation in machine learning principles, including model evaluation, optimization, and deployment best practices, is essential.
Candidates should be self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with model monitoring frameworks and A/B testing is required.
Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or Google Cloud and experience deploying ML models at scale is necessary.
Exposure to startup or high-growth company environments is preferred.
