Description:
Fiddler is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Solutions Architect to work remotely, focusing on building trust in AI.
The role involves hands-on work with Federal and Commercial prospects and customers to communicate the value of Fiddler technology, from demo to implementation.
Responsibilities include ensuring successful use of the Fiddler product, including installation, model onboarding, security setup, and integration with other systems.
The architect will collaborate with the sales team to understand customers' technical needs, strategize on winning sales cycles, and provide compelling value-based demonstrations to close deals.
Presentations to executives, customers, and technical teams will be required to convey the technical vision of Fiddler and the value of the platform.
Conducting training sessions with customers and potential partners for knowledge transfer is also part of the role.
The architect will help author and contribute to market-facing publications, documentation, and FAQs.
Building relationships with Senior Technical stakeholders to enable them to become Fiddler advocates and power users is essential.
The role includes facilitating scoping and delivery of Proof of Concepts and acting as a technical liaison between Fiddler product management, marketing, engineering, and customer success.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in pre-sales or consulting.
A high level of proficiency with AI techniques and tools is required.
Experience implementing AI solutions with deep-learning frameworks, particularly for computer vision problems using PyTorch and common model architectures like ResNet and YOLO, is necessary.
Strong presentation skills and comfort speaking with executives and IT management are essential.
A working knowledge of ML Operations and methodologies is required.
Familiarity with devops/infrastructure technologies, particularly Git, Docker, and Kubernetes, is necessary.
A history of success in technical sales or solutions at the enterprise level is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to be an empathetic listener are important.
Ideal candidates will have proven success in managing proof of concepts (PoV) and deploying technical products, as well as experience directly supporting or working within public sector organizations.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work within the US without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
Benefits:
The pay range for this position in San Francisco, California, is $180,000 - $250,000 OTE.
The posted range represents the expected salary range and does not include other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks.
