Remote Senior Managed Storage Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Managed Storage Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing storage solutions using Pure Storage and HPE Alletra MP to ensure client storage availability and reliability.
• Key responsibilities include performing engineering tasks for data protection services, recovering from storage snapshots, assisting in client satisfaction escalations, and maintaining client and product documentation.
• The role involves installing, configuring, and auditing data protection platforms, collaborating on best practices, and participating in an on-call rotation.
• Preferred skills include expertise in Pure Storage and HPE Alletra MP, knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, and experience with service delivery in a managed services practice organization.
• Qualifications include 7-10 years of storage and disaster recovery experience, a bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, and industry certifications in Microsoft, Cohesity, and VMware.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated practical expertise in storage solutions, particularly Pure Storage and HPE Alletra MP.
• Consultative knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions like Cohesity and Rubrik.
• Ability to manage dynamic priorities, organize technical tasks for multiple clients, and apply information technology best practices.
• Experience in service delivery within a managed services practice organization and practical application of InfoSec principles.
• Industry certifications in Microsoft, Cohesity, and VMware desired.
