Remote Senior Manager of Software Engineering

• One Model, a leader in people analytics, is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to drive software development initiatives.
• Reporting to the CTO, you will oversee multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Responsibilities include providing strategic direction, managing team leads, optimizing processes, demonstrating technical expertise, and fostering communication and collaboration.
• The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a passion for technology, exceptional communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
• You must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, proven software development experience, understanding of Agile methodologies, and experience in a startup environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development with significant leadership exposure.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in a start-up environment that has scaled up is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
