Description:
Honor is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join their centralized Data Analytics team.
The analyst will be the subject matter expert (SME) for Marketing and Communication within the Data Analytics team.
Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
The analyst will evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness through metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations.
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape, creating detailed reports to inform marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data engineering/data platform, and finance to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Utilize and manage marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications in analytics are a plus.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing analyst role is required.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Looker, SQL, dbt, Python, and Google Analytics is necessary, along with familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial, especially when dealing with data.
The candidate must be a team player, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities is necessary.
