The Senior Marketing Data Analyst will analyze market trends, contact and account behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities include utilizing statistically rigorous methodology for marketing analysis, developing predictive response models, implementing behavioral segmentation, analyzing campaign performance, creating dashboards, and providing strategic recommendations.
The role also involves mentoring and managing at least one direct report and participating in leadership training for the global team.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing analytics and possess strong analytical skills.
An advanced degree or equivalent experience in statistics, applied mathematics, scientific, or engineering fields is required.
Expertise in statistical analysis tools such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, and advanced data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI is essential.
Proficiency in coding SQL to analyze multiple data sources and extract results is necessary.
Experience with AI and ML tools, database design, and data cleansing algorithms is preferred.
Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with clients, present results professionally, and think critically to identify objectives and troubleshoot obstacles.
