Description:
As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst at komoot, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing marketing data and reporting, ensuring accurate data collection, building dashboards, and other reporting tools.
You will analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate them into actionable insights for marketing managers.
Supporting marketing team decisions, you will be the go-to person for data questions, translate business needs into data analysis, and provide recommendations.
Your role will involve developing and improving marketing measurement tools, maintaining and improving data infrastructure, and collaborating with other analysts to contribute to the team's growth in data analytics practices.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience with marketing analytics, preferably in a mobile app context.
Excellent SQL skills and comfort working with a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) are required.
Proficiency in using Python/Pandas for data analysis and experience with software development workflows is necessary.
Familiarity with dbt for data transformation and modeling, BI/visualization tools, and statistical concepts is essential.
Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) analysis and the ability to effectively communicate data topics and analysis results are beneficial.
A deep understanding of data quality, reliability of results, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are key requirements.
Rigorous analytical thinking, a passion for finding actionable insights, and being a team player with strong communication skills are also necessary for this role.
